Delivery

Delivery to addresses in Denmark, generally have the expected delivery 1-3 days. The packages are delivered with PostNord, for an address or pickup point.
Packages to other countries is delivered by Asendia, with the expected delivery time of 14 days.

Where are we located?

The webshop of F.C. København Fanshop are located the same place as the physical shop in Telia Parken.

How do I return / exchange?

We have two approaches in which the exchange / return can be made:

1) You effecting the exchange by sending the product to be exchanged / returned to:

2) Exchange/return the product at FCK Fanshop at Telia Parken. Please write to us in advance, so we can prepare the wished product.
 
When selecting both options, please attache the order confirmation, with the return form and the and order information and explanation of the wish of the order.

How is my order delivered?

For Danish FCKFanshop.dk, you have three delivery options.

1) Pick up at Telia Parken
Pick up at FCK Fanshop located in Telia Parken, we offer this service for your, that dont wants to wait for the delivery. Order the products online, and pick them up at FCK Fanshop på Øster Allé 56, 2100 Copenhagen Ø.

Your order just need to be packed, this will normally happen before 12:00 o'clock on weekdays. After that you will recieve an e-mail, that the order is ready to be picked up. Remember your invoice for the pick up, to confirm the purchase.

Its quick and easy!

2) PostNord Delivery 
If you choose PostNord as carrier, the order will be delivered at your adress 1-3 weekdays  after the order is placed. If its not possible for PostNord to deliver the package, it can be picked up at the closest postoffice the following day.

The order is sent as a insured parcel. This service costs 59 kr.

3) PostNord Drop point
It is possible to choose PostNord delivery for a drop point, this means that the packeges can be picked up, then it fits into your own schedule. This service only costs 29 kr. for orders with a value under 799 kr. and is free for orders with a value above this limit. 

Orders outside Denmark
Orders outside Denmark are delivered with the carrier Asendia and cost from 75 kr (10€), the deliverytime is normally around 14 weekdays.

Online discount as Seasonticket holder?

It is possible to get 15% discount at all not-reduced items* at FCKFanshop.dk, this applies to all F.C. Copenhagen Platin- and Gold seasonticket holders. You need to contact fanshop@fck.dk before you place the order and informs the seasonticket number.

In the psysical FCK Fanshop you just need to bring the seasonticket and show it upon the purchase.

* The discount does not include tickets, gift cards and allready reduced items.

Online discount as a Sponsor?

It is possible to get 15% discount at all not-reduced items* at FCKFanshop.dk, this applies to all F.C. Copenhagen sponsors. You need to contact Claus Wolter, Merchandise manager, at e-mail cw@fck.dk in advance of the order, and inform the sponsornumber.

In the psysical FCK Fanshop you just need to bring the sponsorcard and show it upon the purchase.

What is the delivery time outside Denmark?

Orders outside Denmark are delivered with the carrier Asendia and cost from 75 kr (10€), the deliverytime is normally around 14 weekdays.

How do I change my user information?

By login in the top right corner at FCKFanshop.dk, it is possible to change password, deliveryadress and contactinformations for the user. 

Its makes the checkout easier, as this information is accessible at the check out page. 

Can I return / exchange a player jersey with print?

When you choose print for your player jersey, it meens that the jersey is personalize, and that meens that the jersey cant be returned or exchanged.

This applies to both Player Jerseys with own name and a player name.
